These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Quantum Healing Texas website and your participation in any services provided, including QHHT sessions. By using this website or scheduling a session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Services Provided

Quantum Healing Texas offers non medical, non therapeutic services including Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions. These services support relaxation, introspection, and personal insight. These services do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition, illness, disorder, or disease. Participation is voluntary and you remain responsible for your own decisions, health care, and well being.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a session. Minors may only participate with written consent and signature from a legal parent or guardian. You agree to disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely.

3. Payment and Fees

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods may include debit or credit card, Zelle, Cash App, or other options listed during booking. You agree to the posted fees at the time of scheduling.

4. No Guarantees

Hypnosis and regression style work produce different experiences for each person. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, insights, hypnosis depth, past life recall, or level of clarity. You understand that session success varies by individual and cannot be promised.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and materials is the property of Quantum Healing Texas and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

6. Appointment Policies

You are responsible for arriving on time, being prepared, and meeting any requirements communicated before the session.

7. Confidentiality

Client information is kept confidential except where required by law. Session files may be stored for up to 90 days and then deleted. Optional consent for de-identified educational use is covered in the intake form.

8. Limitation of Liability

You understand that Quantum Healing Texas is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or outcomes related to your participation in any session, service, or use of this website. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in conduct that disrupts its operation. You accept that technical issues may occur and that the site is provided “as is.”

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or booking systems after changes indicates acceptance of the updated version.
