Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy — Quantum Healing Texas

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and session timing are handled for all QHHT sessions at Quantum Healing Texas.
1. Booking Requirements
Sessions are booked in advance through our booking system. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking based on the service selected.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requires notice of at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours notice the session fee or deposit may be forfeited at the discretion of the practitioner.
No shows receive no refund.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours notice at no charge.
If you need to reschedule within 48 hours due to unforeseen circumstances, the practitioner may allow a one time courtesy reschedule at their discretion.
4. Session Length
QHHT sessions require dedicated blocks of time. Clients who arrive late may have a shortened session without a price reduction.
If arrival is more than 30 minutes late the session may be considered a no show.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the significant preparation time required, refunds are not issued for completed sessions or for sessions where hypnosis depth or experience varies. No session outcome is guaranteed and this does not qualify for refund.
Refunds for cancellations made before the 48 hour window may be issued at the discretion of the practitioner.
6. Practitioner Cancellations
If Quantum Healing Texas must cancel or reschedule your session due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, you will be offered a new appointment without penalty.
